Driving Directions
Our office is located at 1342 East Primrose Street in Springfield, Missouri, between National and Fremont. If you drive on Primrose from the east, you will not be able to turn south into our parking lot because of the island. You can also enter our parking lot from Bradford Parkway.
When you enter the north entrance of the building, look for the Aptitude Physical Therapy sign on Suite A.
